hey

it's been awhile. homecoming was a blast. i met an awesome group of peeps and had tons of fun dancing, riding in a limo, and eating (cucumber) sushi. my big sis is visiting and i went apple-picking + made some moolah babysitting yesterday...so this wkend hasn't been half bad. but anyways, can you believe there's only 2 wkends left until halloween...6 wkends left until thanksgiving....and 10 wkends left until christmas!?!?! i've been obsessing over that lately. time is going by reeeaaalllyyy fast. i'm really excited for wednesday! 1. late arrival, 2.i get out at 12 for chorus, 3. i get to go downtown to sing in midsummer's night dream, & 4. we have time to shop and eat potbelly's.

while i'm waiting for miss haley, i'll update for you guys. homecoming is tomorrow! i'm going w/ aaron. he asked me on wednesday w/ flowers...aww. so i'm going in his group and i'm excited for our plans afterwards. i'm pretty sure it includes a limo and sushi downtown , my kind of night. so i got a lot to do tomorrow to get ready and such. i'm also really excited to wear my dress...i looovve it. it's classic and fits perfectly. i'll make sure to tell you how my night goes.

so homecoming is coming up... i know who the lucky guy is, so now i'm just waiting for the actual asking. i have no idea when or how, but when it happens i'll tell you all about it.

anyways, i got galena this weekend, and something going on everyday. galena is going to be awesome. in addition to just being up there, i get to go shopping (for a homecoming dress & shoes), hit up the spa and hang out with lauren. i can't wait. i just need to get through this week...

i figured out why i can't get pictures on here, and i'm going to try and fix it a.s.a.p. i feel like my pages are boring without them. i'm off to swimming.

school = no time to do anything. it also makes me unable to sleep past 10! why, why, why? i have the busiest schedule, so my updates will be....few. but anyways, let's see here. i started the Tritan Sharks, and man...i have major respect for swimmers. it's so much harder than i expected, mainly the breathing, but boy is it gonna whip my ass into shape. and for all those who care, i made acapella last night, which is cool. oh, and it's my sister's birthday today, Lauren, so i gotta give her a shoutout. alright, katharine's coming over, so i gotta go.

i'm a bit out of it, being....the start of school....and all. i just can't believe my summer's over and i have to go through another year of high school. the fall weather is nice though, i can't complain about that. i'm excited about starting swimming on the triton shark's and this weekend and wearing fall jackets and labor day weekend in galena and apple-picking and when my sister comes home from spain and seeing redeye & undiscovered and having our wee sing silly song's marathon w/ julia and katharine....yeah. summer's over /
